Salty's Colourable GMD General Motor Diesel Pack

The GMD GMD-1 was built in 1958 for two Canadian Railways, Canadian National and Northern Alberta Railways. The GMD-1 was designed specifically to resolve an issue regarding light rail branch lines unable to handle the distributed weight on regular locomotives, Therefore GMD came up with the design based off of the EMD SW1200 with an elongated frame, and a more comfortable road switching cab. Within this pack there are the Phase 1 GMD-1's (B-B Flexicoil 4 axle) and the Phase 2 GMD-1's (A-1-A 6 Axle Flexicoil). Both phases have a Short hood forward, Long hood forward and a B Unit.

The GMD GMD-3 is a fictional evolution of the GMD-1 built by General Motors Diesel Canada in the late 1950's. GMD-1's were based off GMD's parent company switcher the EMD SW1200. Similar to how the GMD-1 use a preexisting switcher, the GMD-3 modifies the EMD MP15 to include a longer frame, enhanced cab and electronic that would have been better suited road switching duties. This fictional locomotive would've been created in an alternative timeline as a predecessor to the GMD-1's if the 1973 oil crisis went differently.

There is two phases of the GMD-3, Phase 2 offers a regular sized fuel tank with Flexicoil (A-1-A) trucks (6 axle) for better weight distribution for lightweight rail branch lines. Meanwhile phase 1 offers a slightly increased fuel tank with standard Flexicoil (B-B) trucks (4 axle) for normal rail operations on mainline service.  Both phases have a Short hood forward, Long hood forward and a B Unit.

Known Issues:

1. BASE COLOUR WILL NOT WORK. you have to use Lego's logo and deco to colour each individual colour separately.

2. No current animations are currently made, They are a non-priority at the current moment in time.

If you are not able to move the engine and you do not have sound, select the locomotive, push f11 and select engine start. this uses beeman's scripts.

How to install:

Drag and drop into Unity mod manager after all requirements have been downloaded.
