Salty's Air Compressor Audio

Adds an scenery objects which can be utilized as detail models / prefab components which, when enabled will automatically trigger the air compressor whenever the locomotive is low on air. It will also alter the amount of air pumping depending at which notch the position of the throttle is at, for reference, look at the data below of unaltered and altered values.

1. Some audio is still.... rough, I still need to revamp a lot of it.

2. DOES NOT REPLACE AIR COMPRESSOR SOUNDS FOR LOCOMOTIVES THAT ALREADY HAVE CUSTOM COMPRESSOR AUDIO, this should work if they have custom engine sounds only, but not tested.

How to install:

Drag and drop into Unity mod manager after all requirements have been downloaded.
