Overland's Passenger Car Upgrade

An upgrade to the base game passenger cars.  All base game cars have user-colourable letterboards, cills, windowframes and an option for a second colour around the windows.  The 1900 open platform, 1915 Osgood-Bradley and the baggage car now have marker lights that can not only be toggled on and off, but can be selected to appear at the front, rear or both ends of the car.  In addition, the 1893 Heavyweight Pullman Cars have a slot for a user-defined name below the windows.

V2. 1 adds additional livery options to the 1900 MOW Car, and adds livery options to CJane's Parlor Cars (which you'll need to download separately for them to work).

All credit is due to Legotrainman for his wonderful Library of Stuff and Logos and Decals pack, without which none of this could ever work.  Also thanks to the patient and kind folks on the Railroader discord for answering my inane questions on very basic topics.  Also full credit given to GiraffeLabLLC for creating railroader and being so open to allowing people to create mods for it.

This mod requires UMM, as well as Lego's Library of Stuff and Logos and Decals to work.

"Extra Cars" - taking a cue from various sources, there's now an optional download "Extra Cars" - this adds parlor car variants for the 1900 Open Platform and Osgood-Bradley cars, with appropriate bonuses.

PLEASE NOTE: - due to the nature of the bonuses you'll need to download Lego's "Better Passenger".
