Overland's Internal Freight Car Mod

Adds the ability to add custom text to most of the freight cars you can buy and use as a company.  Includes all three cabooses (cabeese?), all boxcars, hoppers and the skeleton flats.  DOES NOT include pulpwood flats or tankers due to their limitations (Or my limitations, delete as appropriate.).

Now includes livery options to all three vanilla cabooses (caboosen?) - allows user to set a two-tone colour scheme, add a waist stripe, repaint the letterboard, change the colour of the doors and toggle the marker lights independently.

Requires Lego's Library of Stuff and Logos and Decos.
