Hardcore camera rules + built-in presets + per-save settings

Overview

This mod adds a Hardcore start option (selectable via the game's mGame mode picker) and introduces configurable “Hardcore” camera restrictions.

• []Hardcore camera rules (configurable): force First Person, optionally allow Dispatcher camera (keybind 3), and optionally allow Strategy camera (restricted by rules below).[/]

  []Waypoint exception: optionally allow Strategy camera while the Auto Engineer waypoint picker is active.[/]

  []UMM Settings UI with profiles: create multiple rule presets (profiles) and switch between them.[/]

  []Per-save Locomotive HUD controls: `EnableLocomotiveControls` and `ShowBrakeInfo` — hide locomotive controls and brake readouts visually while keeping sliders functional; settings persist per-world and are available in Company → Settings.[/]

  []Third-person billing persistence & interval: billing multipliers and per-role multipliers persist; added `ThirdPersonBillingIntervalAmount` and `ThirdPersonBillingUnit` (seconds/minutes/hours).[/]

  Hardcore Camera Rules (default behavior)

  • []First Person is enforced.[/]

    []Strategy camera is blocked except while managing Auto Engineer waypoints.[/]

    []After leaving the waypoint picker, the camera returns to First Person.[/]

    (These defaults can be changed in the mod’s settings.)

        How to Use

        []If you picked hardcore, the camera restrictions are active (based on the currently selected profile).[/]
