Jackks Latency Simulator

This mod for Puck simulates latency in Practice mode. Use the /setping command followed by a number to simulate that many milliseconds of input delay. To turn off the mod, use the /lagoff command. Note: This mod adds that delay onto your existing ping if you use it online.
