Relays route your connection through a different network path, which may improve stability or latency depending on your location, ISP, and the server you are joining. It changes the route your client uses when connecting to configured Puck servers through the available relay infrastructure. If you are unsure which option to choose, try Direct first, then test nearby relays to see what works best for your connection.
