Announcer Mod for Ponce Puck

Want an easy way to track who's doing what doing a game? This mod will generate toast notifications of the game action in the bottom right. It will also create a dedicated AnnouncerMod.log file in the game's directory for further future use, e.g. hooking it up to an LLM to create more dynamic commentary or period analysis of the game. Works best in Ponce's Puck servers that have Oomtm450's stats mod enabled.
