Faster Stick Speed

In vanilla, your stick is limited by how fast it can move from the current position to the target position as defined by your mouse movement. This mod raises that limit by a lot, making your stick feel more responsive. This mod is intended to be added to dedicated servers with enabled: true, and is not needed or functional on clients. This mod was mostly written by blamedlurker, who initially found this patch. I just ported the patch into an independent serverside mod.
