Change Icon Colors And Scale

This allows you to change the scaling of yourself, the opponents, and your teammates. It also allows you to change the color of yourself, team, and opponents. Can also set a default red/blue color for spectate. Team/opponent colors will override red/blue colors. This mod is mostly useful for the self scaling imo. I've used it to make my own icon larger and magenta(that color in particular stands out quite a bit). It makes it much easier to identify quickly where I am on the minimap. Figured I'd upload it to the workshop since it was already done and it takes 2 seconds to do.
