Controls Rebind Menu

Adds an Interface to rebind controls into the game!

So far the controls in this game aren't set to be remappable yet, so I've tried to do something about that.

Currently the menu of this mod is hard bound to in-game and can't be remapped.

This mod can still sometimes show strange behavior, with bindings refusing to work, or not matching the setup anymore. If this happens, try hitting "Reset All", unchecking "Rebinds active?" and then restarting/reloading the game.

When "Rebinds active?" is unchecked, the controls should always revert to the game's defaults.

There is a status bar in the corner to give some visible feedback, but you can toggle this bar off in the menu too.

The check for "Allow game inputs with menu open" exists, because I thought it would be nice to allow the game to receive inputs when you have the menu open but aren't focusing it. This mostly works, and even allows the menu to be closed with Escape, BUT for some bizarre reason rebinding Jump/Kick on controller refuses to work.

The buttons next to each binding are a sort of "unset" (try to make NOTHING bound to this) and "reset" (remove the custom binding you set - should revert to default control)

Let me know if anything breaks phenomenally - there's a debug mod toggle in the UE4SS under the "Mod Buttons" menu btw. And I'm in Rittz's Discord if you can find your way there. :)

Also, the mod creates a save named "rebindModSettings.sav" in your save folder under "%localappdata%/pseudoregalia/Saved/SaveGames" -- delete this file to fully reset the mod, I guess!
