Torchite's Blitzer Variant Mod

This Mod adds in Blitzer as a Special Variant. capable of using his own Sprint ability. he's basically a Better version of Wrestling Star in some sort of way. you'll see when you check it out. since I'm no All-Star expert.

His Primary is the "Blitzer Cannon" (I might rename that later.)

It does 5. 5 to 8. 5 damage. which should be good enough for his slow rate of fire.

the Rate of Fire is 360.

his Exclusive Ability is taken from the Blitzer / Berzerker NPC. given some adjustments.

It's almost better than the Ultra Tackle in a way. but be careful using it.

His Outfit is taken directly from the Blitzer. the Helmet is unremovable for now, but if I knew how. I could make a few custom meshes of Blitzer's outfit and weapon.

He shares EXP with Wrestling Star, since I figured SOME people would like a better way of leveling up Wrestling Star.
