rainbow heal beam icon fix

did you know the rainbow heal beam has an unused remade garden warfare 2 texture? turns out the dev's accidentally used the garden warfare 1 rainbow heal beam texture when making the sprite file for all the ability icons, this mod changes the ability sprite sheet to have the remade garden warfare 2 rainbow heal beam icon! (note this mod will cause compatibility issues if paired with any other mod that also modifies "AbilitiesTextureMappingWin32")
