Elixir Druid Rose

This mod converts druid rose into an elixir rose: cost 4 elixir, rarity: common.

Also updates her HUD and sound effects.

Changed her color to match with the regular elixir. Before, she was made of elixir from the builder hall.

Fixed her HUD in selection screen and improved the icon of the player using her in private lobbies, like backyard and ops.
