Removes the civilian-kill cash / cleaner-style payout penalty in PAYDAY 3. Civilians still die normally — this only clears the civ-kill count and “Killing Civilian” cash reductions on your local result data so your end payout isn’t tanked by civ kills. Does not change combat AI, and does not touch hostage tie/trade.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Install UE4SS for PAYDAY 3 if you don’t already have it.
2. Copy the whole SkysNoCivPenalty folder into:
...\PAYDAY3\PAYDAY3\Binaries\Win64\Mods\
so you have:
Mods\SkysNoCivPenalty\Scripts\main.lua
3. Open Mods\mods.txt and add (or set):
SkysNoCivPenalty : 1
4. Restart the game. In UE4SS.log you should see .
5. To disable without uninstalling, set ENABLED = false in Scripts\main.lua.
