2. Open your game folder: steamapps\common\PAYDAY3\PAYDAY3\
(nested PAYDAY3\PAYDAY3 — not the outer Steam folder only).
3. Copy this pack's PAYDAY3\ folder contents into the game PAYDAY3\ folder (merge).
4. You should end up with:
- Content\Paks\pakchunk153-PAK_JumpNoMask-Windows.pak (+ .sig .ucas .utoc)
- Content\Paks\LogicMods\JumpNoMask\config.lua
5. Launch from Steam. Load into a heist.
