Discovery Island v2 - Blank Slate

This seaside Island was slated to be turned into a themepark a decade ago, but funds dried up and it became abandoned. You have been hired by wealthy investors to finish the park. You have been asked to design something with strong themeing and top notch decoration. They want it to be as immersive as possible with utilities as hidden as possible. It is completely up to you how you wish to theme the island, the original park was to be called 'Discovery Island' with exploration themes in mind. But the investors are happy with you changing this as long as it will bring in a large crowd. Once you reach a guest count of 1200 for 3 months, the investors will expand the parks land for future projects. If you can reach a decoration goal of 90%, you will recieve a healthy budget boost for expanding the park. -This version is blank without anything but the depot and a path towards the island, if you want one with an entrance area check out v1- Scenario: • Have a decoration rating of at least 95% • Have at least 800 guests in your park • Optional: Have at least 1,200 guests in your park to unlock all terrain
