Discovery Island v1 - Entrance Included

This seaside Island was slated to be turned into a themepark a decade ago, but funds dried up and it became abandoned. You have been hired by wealthy investors to finish the park. You have been asked to design something with strong themeing and top notch decoration. They want it to be as immersive as possible with utilities as hidden as possible. It is completely up to you how you wish to theme the island, the original park was to be called 'Discovery Island' with exploration themes in mind. But the investors are happy with you changing this as long as it will bring in a large crowd. -This version has an entrance, some shops and the beginings of a monorail ride to get you started.
