Global Palbox Hover Match and Native Compare

Find where your reconstructed Pals ended up, compare them with their stored Global Palbox records, and jump straight to their matching entries.

Find the exact Pal

Hover a Pal in either pane of the Global Palbox screen to find its counterpart. Matching uses the Pal’s unique identity, so different Pals of the

same species are not confused.

Location information includes:

• Player Palbox page and slot

• Party slot

• Base name and worker slot

When the counterpart is visible, its slot is highlighted. Locations are rechecked when needed to account for Pals you have moved.

New: Ctrl + middle-click navigation

Hover an entry and press Ctrl + middle-click to open its counterpart’s page in the opposite pane.

• Player Palbox → matching Global Palbox entry

• Global Palbox → matching reconstructed Pal in the Player Palbox

The destination is checked against the exact Pal ID before being highlighted. If its page is already open, the mod highlights the match without

reloading that page.

Navigation works inside the open Global Palbox screen. Pals in your party or at a base still have location information, but cannot be navigated

to as a Player Palbox entry.

Middle-click to compare

Plain middle-click opens Palworld’s native side-by-side comparison window when a matching Global record and reconstructed Pal are available.

The comparison labels identify the Global Pal and Reconstructed Pal. Hover information also summarizes differences in level, rank, upgrades,

talents, passive skills, and equipped or learned skills.

Controls

• Hover: show matching and location information

• Middle-click: open native comparison

• Ctrl + middle-click: navigate to the counterpart

Shortcuts only respond while Palworld is the foreground application.

Installation and updating

1. Close Palworld.

2. Ensure a compatible Palworld UE4SS installation is available.

3. If upgrading, move the old GlobalPalboxHoverMatchNative folder out of your UE4SS Mods directory.

4. Copy GlobalPalboxHoverNavigateNative into that directory.

5. Start Palworld and open the Global Palbox.

Only enable one version of this mod.

This is a native DLL mod; no Lua scripts or companion LogicMods .pak are required.

Compatibility and notes

• This build expects a 3,840-slot Player Palbox. Keep the Palbox expansion used with the original release installed.

• Built against Okaetsu’s Palworld UE4SS fork, revision 2281fa31.

• Search filters are preserved. If a match cannot be displayed, the mod provides feedback.

• The shortcuts inspect entries and navigate the interface. They do not transfer, reconstruct, overwrite, or delete Pals.

Bug reports

Please include your Palworld and UE4SS versions, the shortcut used, which pane you hovered, and your UE4SS.log.
