This mod lets you configure how much damage is received through blocks, by editing the included json.
BepInEx is required, grab from http://builds.bepis.io/bepinex_be

Then just unzip that to the game folder and place the mod in BepInEx\Plugins
Edit BlockingDamageAdjuster.json file to taste.
Base settings are "0"; vanilla where no damage gets through a block.
0 is no damage, 1 is full damage. 0. 02 is 2% damage.
