A short sleeved, knee length Blue Velvet Outfit, special made for Nexus User, Zarrastro.
Made at the request and creative direction of user Zarrastro, it's a Blue Velvet outfit that has short sleeves instead of long, and has had it's skirt shortened to just above the knee, I carefully alleviated as much clipping as possible including when sprinting and jumping, though it may not be perfect.
