Mundane Ring Is More Mundane

Let me set the stage, I'm a level 25 Breton, I just found a ring called the Mundane Ring that, combined with my racial 50% resistance to magic, makes me immune to all magic.  Some of y'all just had a hit of dopamine at how OP that must be, maybe this isn't the mod for you.  If you're like me and thought it made gameplay boring now, this mod is for you.

This mod reduces the magic resistance to 25% and adds a grand level enchantment of Resist Normal Weapons (+15).  This ensures its still useful to anti mage characters.  Its also still a great item for non Bretons.  But I really just couldn't stomach being immune to magic for the rest of the game.  Imagine being immune to all arrows or all blunt or blade.

There are three versions for three different lines of logic in balancing, +15% is a grand level enchantment for resist weapons and resist magicka, but I took away 25% resist magicka, so if you want every last percentage point back, go with the +25.  If you want another idea entirely, the 50% Magic Resistance can be replaced with 50% Absorb Spell Chance too.

The first iteration of this mod I was personally using before posting had 25% spell reflect instead of 35% and instead of fortify willpower, it added a 25% chance to absorb spells.  But thats not as good for a non magic user, and in keeping with the uses of the mundane ring in vanilla, I decided on adding a fortify willpower effect, and while I'd rather have the fortify willpower effect, it either didn't show up in effects, or literally made the game crash on load for some reason.  So that is a no from me dawg.  So I finally settled on a resist normal weapons effect, I've tested it, it works, and I think it fits the vanilla intent behind the ring pretty well. I'm down to make alternate versions if requested though.  And now I added a spell absorb chance version anyways, I still think its pretty neat.
