Currently only edits Lover's sign. Lover's Kiss sucks, let's make it a useful escape tool.
Turned Lover's Kiss into a lesser power with a cost of 30 magicka and 90 points of fatigue. It will paralyze an opponent for three seconds and damage an opponent's armor over those three seconds.
This mod was created on request and may expand to fix other lame greater power abilities for birthsigns.
Drop esp in <Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data>
add VileBetterSignPowers.esp to plugins.txt in that same directory.
