These instructions are for first-time installations.
If updating from an older version, please read the updating section below.
1. Unzip the folder and place the .esp file into <steam folder>\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data
2. Update your plugins.txt file by adding "VerdantSpire.esp" on a new line and saving.
Note: Do not install other mods that use the TestCave01 cell.~Uninstall~
Before uninstalling the mod, empty all container and exist the interior cell.

Front Entrance
The front entrance has two Ayleid wells and, for convenience, a portal directly to the vault for unloading your treasures after a long adventure.
Entrance Hall
The entrance hall has a beautiful fountain focal point, large stained glass windows, and gardens all around the perimeter stocked with alchemy ingredients.
It also has a small sitting area, a knick-knack table with a jewelry box for storing trinkets, two large display cases, and an alchemy station equipped with master alchemy tools (though tools of other levels can be found in the kitchen). You'll find a chest and two barrels near the alchemy station for storing ingredients.
Also in the entrance hall you'll find three portals; one to the bedroom, one to the vault, and one to the balcony.
The library has bookshelves filled with nearly every non-skill book in the game, two small display cases, a cozy sitting area in front of a large fireplace, a desk and jewelry box for storage, enchanting and spellmaking lecterns, and a door to the back gardens.
