TAMRIEL IDENTITIES - Passive Abilities

PRESENTATION

-This mod replaces daily powers with permanent reinforcements.

-The features and techniques have been modified to be more credible with the lors of differents TES.

Example with Dunmer: In vanilla he have 0 point in sneak, now +5. Now the Nords have +10 on Athetism, +5 on Hand to hand, +5 on light armor (because fur, chain mail

and leather), I removed their bonus from restoration etc...

-The size of the Bosmers was reduced

-Disease effects have been tripled to valorize disease resistance bonuses.

-The mod is on Multi-Languages

-The mod is very easy to merge if you use TES4EDIT.

Only the Khajiit and Bosmer keep a power, but that of the Bosmer (tamer) becomes a spell costing all the magic of the Bosmer (70 and allows the animal to be tamed for a very long time).

I added a regeneration power to the Argonians somewhat similar to the Hist's blessing in Skyrim, they increase health by 3/sec for 30 seconds but are 2x more vulnerable to magic and normal weapons during this period.
