SloBlivion - Heaven Stones Orrery Powers Wayshrines Altars

Optional file now available without Wayshrine and Altar changes.

Heaven stones were always too weak/boring for being what are essentially rewards for passing through the games milestones. The point is not to make them OP but to get away (yet again) from the endless powers that are nothing more than stat changes (why? just why? Why bother even creating 'powers' if they are going to be nothing more than the same lever used everywhere else, that is already implemented so poorly).

Now you get fun powers (yay).

Orrery powers suffer from a similar issue, but at least they had a pro/con aspect to them. Stat changes are removed and replaced with magic effects that mimic these statistical changes but in an active instead of passive way (like absorbing skills from an enemy rather than just buffing yourself).

The changes to Wayshrines and Altars are my last piece to getting rid of all the easy disease curing and attribute fixing in the game, as attribute loss is an incredibly potent lever that can and should be used to create tense gameplay and difficult choices (as much as running out of health/magicka/stamina should).
