  []Before applying this config file, please ensure that external sharpening settings from your GPU drivers are not affecting your image quality.

  For NVIDIA users:  - Open the NVIDIA Control Panel.  - Check if NVIDIA Image Scaling (NIS) is enabled globally.  - If it is, either disable it completely or set the sharpening value to 0% to avoid unnecessary oversharpening.For AMD users:  - Open AMD Radeon Software.  - Check if Radeon Image Sharpening (RIS) is active.  - Adjust or disable it as needed.Important:  External sharpening can heavily impact the visual experience and might cause issues that this config alone cannot fully fix.Note:  In many cases, disabling driver-level sharpening completely solves the oversharpening and noise issues, making the modifications provided here unnecessary.  If the problem is resolved after adjusting your driver settings, i recommended to simply use "Ultimate Engine Tweaks" by P40LOX instead for an optimized, lightweight setup.

• Save & make the file read-only to prevent the game from resetting it
