All your enchanted weapons will slowly recharge over time. You can adjust how fast they should recharge and if the recharge should be percentage or point based.
Configuration file is located in the OBSE plugins folder (OBSE\Plugins\PassiveWeaponEnchantmentRecharging.toml).
Oblivion Remastered Script Extender is required and this mod should hopefully be compatible with all future versions of the game.
