This mod let's you train an unlimited amount of times per level. Training sessions above cap cost 2 times more (can be configured). Training can also be capped to to a total training sessions of level times 5.
Configuration file is located in the OBSE plugins folder (OBSE\Plugins\NoTrainingLimit.toml).
Oblivion Remastered Script Extender is required and this mod should hopefully be compatible with all future versions of the game.
Manual Installation
Extract the archive to:
"<your steam folder>\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64"
or drag the files to
"<your steam folder>\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Binaries\Win64\OBSE\Plugins".
