Passive Skill Bonuses (Perks)

Description

Adds health, magicka and fatigue bonuses to the player, based on their skill levels.

Based on DocRob's mod "Magic Skill Perks", which adds magicka bonuses for having a high skill in the various magic skills, this mod "Passive Skill Bonuses" expands on this idea by adding health and fatigue bonuses, depending on the other skills too.

Easiest way to describe it: Look at this table: https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Skills, every skill in red adds a health bonus, every skill in yellow adds a fatigue bonus and everyone in blue adds a magicka bonus.

Bonus values (regardless if health, fatigue or magic):

Skill      -  Bonus

< 25      -  No bonus

>= 25    -  5

>= 50    -  10

>= 75    -  15

>= 100  -  20

Known Issues

============

The fortify health effects had to be implemented as diseases instead of abilites, because (for some reason) they don't work as abilities, even though fortify magicka and fortify fatigue do. In case you heal yourself of diseases (via spell, potion or altar, for example), the fortify health effects simply get re-added.

This is relevant because, as MagesticalMysterium puts it; "[...] having a Disease effect will cause NPC Disposition to Drop by 10 Points until you remove it [...]"

Installation

Use a mod manager of your choice

Extract the downloaded files (both the esp file and the MagicLoader folder that includes the json file inside it) to \OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data folder and add the esp's full name (= with file extension, i.e.

mod.esp) to the Plugins.txt file, which is also in the \Data folder.
