Replaces the drum audio with the skill up sound from the original TES IV Oblivion.
Manual Install:
Place the .pak file into your ~mods folder located in OblivionRemastered\Content\Paks\~mods.
I'm new to modding so install with Manager if you think it'll work, if not manual install it.
