Idle Dialogue Remaster

This is a Non-OBSE, no requirement version of "Idle Dialogues" by Cliffworms. This is not a direct port.

Works on any version of the game. Back-port compatible.

This version is a one time quest that distributes the ability for NPCs to say the idle lines at random.

Differences from the original:

-New remastered voices work without issue.

-Applied only to unique NPCs (v1. 0) -No enemies or every NPC you come across has the ability.

-Beggars idle talk with their greeting lines (v1. 0)

-Utility spells to give other NPCs and yourself the ability to use idle dialogue (1. 3)

-No CTD if removed from save but no guarantee of stability afterward.

Recast the "Player Idle Dialogue" spell to remove it.
