This Reshade aims to make darkness dark. If there isn't a light source (candle, torch, fire, window, etc.) there isn't going to be much light. See screenshots.
This is not recommended if you are on your first ever playthru of Oblivion. The darkness will obscure the dev's artistic style.
But if you're like me and want a dark dark dungeon to explore, this is your ticket.
Cyrodilic Shader for Reshade is required.
v. 04 Updated for improvements for dim interiors (shops, homes, inns, etc.), but maintaining dark dark dungeons.
