There was a player home mod in Skyrim called Eagle nest. I had such fond memories of that mod.
I wanted to bring that High altitude Castle feel to Oblivion so here we are.
Large Castle player home north of Kvatch. With everything a home should have.
The castle was build a long time ago by some Akaviri expeditioners .
Today the Castle has been renovated and placed up for Sale. It will cost you 80. 000.
