Dunbarrow Cove Improvements

KNOWN ISSUE: Saving and loading in a room with may break the added display cases and containers in that room during that session. To get rid of the duplicate objects, quit to the main menu and load your save from there.

We're in the early days of OR modding, always make sure to back up your saves and be mindful when installing mods. When in doubt, there's no harm in waiting for a bit. Oblivion's physics being what they are, items may be displaced unexpectedly.

This mod makes a few minor changes to Dunbarrow Cove and the crew of pirates you end up recruiting. The new furniture in the Captain's Quarters will appear when you buy the related upgrade from Dahlia.

Additions:

Captain's Quarters:

• []2 display cases (one large, one small). [/]

  []A rug by the entrance and some wall decor[/]

  []A few extra non-respawning containers[/]

  Pirate Crew:

  • []Your crew of miscreants will now wear Pit armor or the unique Blackwater Brigand leather armor (the logo is generic enough that it fits), and wield better cutlasses from the DLC (Superb/Master).[/]

    []Khafiz will occasionally sing the Lady Wayrest song[/]

    Misc:

    • []Adds a set of Pit Armor near Khafiz (the fence). You'll probably want to use a mod that gives Pit Armor proper stats.[/]

      []Added unused shoes from the DLC (Footpads) and gave them the 'Silenced' enchantment (Fortify Sneak + Security). You can find a free pair in the upgraded Captain's Quarters. Kovan Kren will also sell them.[/]

      Installation:

      This should work on a save in progress but YMMV. Using a mod manager is the preferred method, but if you're installing manually:

      • []Extract the .esp to your Data folder: \Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data[/]

        []Add 'Dunbarrow Cove Improvements.esp' to your plugins.txt file (or use an automated tool) [/]

        []Add any patch .esp files as well, make sure they're loaded after the mod. [/]

        Compatibility:

        Mods that edit the Dunbarrow Cove NPCs or add furniture to the Cove/Captain's Quarters may need patches. Please report any conflicts so I can get a patch made ASAP.

        Patches:

        Simple Leather Eyepatch - Distrubutes eyepatches to some of the pirate crew and adds some to Khafiz's shop.

        Thieves Den Barter For Upgrades - Minor patch to give Dahlia her new armor while keeping the other changes from Barter For Upgrades. Last tested with version 1. 0.

        Unofficial Oblivion Remastered Patch - Make
