Dishonored Assassination
Bring a little Dishonored to Oblivion Remastered. Assassinate is an Illusion spell that lets you blink to a valid target, perform a cinematic melee execution, and finish them with a one-handed blade.
A successful assassination costs 30% of your maximum Magicka and 10% of your maximum Health. If an attempt cannot be completed safely, the cost is refunded.
Requirements
A dagger, shortsword, or longsword equipped.
A living, non-essential humanoid target.
Enough current Magicka and Health to pay the cost.
The damage is based of off your total max Magicka x1. 5 If the enemies health is beyond that, you cannot perform the skill.
