Build and decorate your own custom farm.

Getting Started

Visit the Imperial Farming Supplies store in Weye to purchase your farmhouse deed.

Drop the deed then activate it while crouching to begin building your farm.

Purchase Farm Construction Supplies from Cyris Urgana or any general merchant store in Cyrodiil then activate your farm construction site to work on your farmhouse.

4x Farm Construction Supplies are required to finish building your farm.

Furniture and Crops

Purchase furniture, crops, and sheep from Imperial Farming Supplies or most general merchants.

Drop the seeds/furniture token then activate while crouching to place/plant.

Uses placeatme so excessive overuse may cause save game bloat.

Edit Mode

Activate the door to your farmhouse to toggle Edit Mode.

While in Edit Mode:

Activate furniture/crops/sheep/your farmhouse to delete or to adjust position, rotation, or size.

The included Reposition and Resize spells will only work properly on persistent objects.

Beggar Kit

Now includes a simple bedroll & sack sold by most general merchants. Can be placed like any other piece of furniture but they do not require a farmhouse to toggle edit mode - simply activate the bedroll or sack while crouching to edit size, position, rotation, or to disable the object.

Optional

Includes optional patch to include your completed farm in the Home Recall menu supplied by Connor's Teleportation.

Delete the .esp if not required.
