Better Prophyric Hemophilia aka Vampire Disease

The Vanilla Prophyric Hemophilia is pretty boring; "Oh nooo, I have FIVE POINTS less Fatigue, how terrible. Wait, that's all? Oh, okay..."

So I altered it a bit, now PH drains you 15 Points of Fatigue (still not much, but it's fair I think. Also in my Opinion it makes Sense to be a little exhausted, it's still a Disease after all), but also you'll gain 1% Resistance to normal Weapons and 5% Weakness to Fire to give you a little Preview on your upcoming Vampirism.

It does NOT add any Vampiric Skills, Spells or Attributes.

If you are already infected with Prophyric Hemophilia when you install this, the Effects won't apply. You need to install BEFORE getting sick or cure yourself and get re-infected.

I added two Optional Files for my Vampires Reworked Mod to match the Vampirism Changes I made there; the normal Weapon Resistance is now at 5% and you'll gain 5% Frost Resistance in one Version; in the other there's also a permanent 25m Life Detection.

For Install Instructions check the install.txt I attached to the Files.

Obviously this is NOT compatible with any other Mods that change the Prophyric Hemophilia.
