Better Water Breathing Spell

Nobody asked, but I didn't listen

So now you can send your Character to the Bottom of the Sea without drowning him within a Moment.

I changed the Water Breathing Spell to Novice Level so you can definitely use it as soon as you get it even without being forced to skill your Alteration.

Oh, and i reduced the Costs for Casting, you only need 50 Magicka to cast, and I changed the Duration from 30 Seconds to 300 Seconds, which is several Ingame Hours; let your Character get the Freediving World Record.

You should be able to get the Spell from one of the Spell Sellers in the Market District in the Imperial City.
