Some personal minor edit i did for benirus manor in case somebody else interested on it :D
i love this house so much but its kinda feels eeh to me it feels like Lorgren Never even left D:
Stuff added :

]added some (just 3 actually, 1 big 2 small) displays around the manor[]added a few (just 2) additional storage (1 cabinet in dining area, 1 chest in bedroom)
[]added 2 chairs because dunno feels appropriate at that place lmao
[]added an enchanting and a spellmaking altar because why not

[] added a display next to the long chair upstairs (a smol one)
