Rebalances birthsigns with Greater/Lesser Powers to give some balanced passive bonus effects. Good birthsigns have been mostly unchanged, Apprentice got buffed to be a bit more appealing with 50% less Weakness to Magicka. Thief got toned down to not be the only +30 stat birthsign, instead of Speed now gives Feather.

Lover, RItual, Serpent, Shadow, Tower have been completely replaced with passives.

Good but needed a slight buff, so reduced Weakness to Magicka by 50%.

  With the only +10 Intelligence, as all other magic options are bonus Magicka, gives you a choice for Personality focused mages.

      The strongest stat birthsign for stealth characters needed a more Thief focused direction with a Feather effect and no more Speed.
