Changes the weather to always be raining. Enjoy a walk in rainy weather, anywhere and always.
About
You love rain, I love rain, that's why we're all here right? right Great! This mod makes the wonderful world of Cyrodil raining, always and forever. cos everyone was asking for it
This includes areas which didn't even have rain previously, this mod:

[]Removes all other weathers from everywhere except oblivion gates and paradise world.

]Adds to locales like Bruma, the Colovian Highlands and Jeral Mountains to now include rain which were set to 0% chance by default.[]Shivering Isles? Of course! This region has it's own type of rain which now activates in mania as well as dementia. A lot of mania locations were set to 0%. Ever wanted the vibrant world of mania but didn't want to give up wonderful brooding rain? Well now you can have both! Bliss & Crucible are also included.
Instructions
1. Add the esp plugin file into: \Steam\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data
2. Add the plugin name 'AlwaysRaining.esp' into the Plugins.txt file which can be found in the same directory. Load order shouldn't matter.
3. NL-Tag Remover is technically optional, but with regional edits come the pesky tag when opening some zones.
Future Plans & Requests
- []'Regional Only' versions where it's always raining but only in places that logically had it before. So any location that has even 1% chance of rain will have 100%, but any other area where rain was 0% will keep vanilla weathers.
- Potential FX fix by reducing the static attenuation and dB level as well as replacing the current default .wav for rain with a better one. I've spent a few hours on this so far but to no success so i'll come back to this.
