Adroit Altmer Handy High Elves

Most strongly gifted in the arcane arts and all they have to show for it is a 100 magicka bonus? and some desease resistance for some reason. Thats hardly handy. Lets make them alot more adroit.

Altmer can now access the spellmaking and enchanting screens at anytime. What needs a gifted arcanist with mundane tools?

In addition they gain a bunch of cantrips. Weak utility spells that cost no magicka (and give you a headstart for spellcrafting):

• []Knock - open very easy locks

  []Command - command up to level 5 creatures or humanoids for 4 seconds

  []Wall Pulse - detect life in 10 feet for 3 seconds. great for checking if a door is safe or pinpointing voices.

  []Glow - creates an orbiting light on you for 500 seconds, that illuminates 5 feet

  []Mana well - restores 10 magicka

  []Tongue Thief - silences target for 4 seconds

  []Minds Grip - 30 feet of telekenesis for 10 seconds

  []Hydro Plane - Water walking for 4 seconds. don't stop spamming it till your on firm ground

  []Bane Allergy - 10% weakness to poison for 40 seconds on touch. This is really broken if your in the know.

  • []Extract the .esp file to “Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data”

    []Open the “Plugins.txt” file in the same directory

    []add the plugins filename including the .esp extension to a line below the other .esp files.

  If you mess up your Plugins.txt file, delete it and tell steam to verify the game files, which will trigger it to download a new Plugins.txt file.

  Remove the plugins line from the Plugins.txt file. The game will no longer load this .esp. You can then delete or move it elsewhere if you wish.
