If there is one thing I love it’s making house mods. Anyway, this here is a house mod I put together. I won’t lie, I am still new to house building but I like how this came out. This house mod offers a small cottage for sale in the small city of Weye, located right outside the Imperial City. It has ample storage and is quite cozy. Furniture is included in the house and is of decent quality. The houses base price is three-thousand dollars however depending on your mercantile it can be higher or lower because the house is actually purchased through a deed. Testing this with a new save revealed the price to be near four thousand dollars while when tested with Enhanced Economy it was over eight thousand dollars.

Anyway, you can purchase the house from Tertullian Verus at the Three Brother's Trade Goods, located in the Imperial City Market District. All the storage is safe to store things in so no need to worry about loss of your loot. The reason why the house price is so low is due to: a) lack of interest b) the last owner died of natural causes in the house. This mod will most likely conflict with anything that puts something in the same location of the house. Requires only Oblivion.

Version 1. 1: I've increased the price to 3500, I've removed the missing mesh issue by the house, I fixed the floating rocks and tree and I added a trout, hay target and a cart outside the house as well as changed a few small things like adding a painting or two to the house. If you HAVE ANY ISSUES, PLEASE TELL ME.  -- Install -- Manual: Download the file Extract to your Oblivion/Data Files Launch your preferred mod manager or the Oblivion Launcher and activate the mod  With NMM Download the file Open NMM, add “Mod from File” meaning add the zip Wait for it to download to NMM Install it by double clicking it in the mod list Wait for it to install Double check to make sure it’s enabled.  Run BOSS if needed. -- Uninstall -- Manual: Find the file in the Oblivion/Data files folder Delete it Clean your save for good measure With NMM Opposite on how you installed it Uninstall by double clicking Delete the mod from NMM Clean your save for good measure. -- Credits -- You may redistribute so long as you credit me, etc., etc.
