Weasels Bound Arrows Emporium

In this mod i make you get a number of types of bound arrows to have. The types are: FIRE, FROST, SHOCK, SPEED, PARALYZE and TELEPORT (teleport others). All these spells are on individual scrolls in a chest right next to the entry door in the Imperial City Market District in the shope Edgars Discount Spells. Just read the scrolls and you will learn the bound arrow spells. Each of the bound arrow spells last for 1min 30 sec (90 seconds). This is what they all do. (some are REALLY obvious ~ LOL) FIRE - Inflicts fire damage on your opponent. FROST - Inflicts frost damage on your opponent. SHOCK - Inflicts electrical damage on your opponent. PARALYZE - Temporarily paralyzes your opponent (SHORT) this gives you the opportunity to either run away or attack them while they are down. SPEED - This shoots your arrows 3 times the speed of all other arrows. TELEPORT - This teleports yor opponent to to the Imperial City Market District therefore letting the guards attack him.
