📋 About This Mod
This mod makes the IC Waterfront Shack for Sale livable without going overboard. I've chosen a more spacious interior with a better layout and adorned it with middle-class furniture and decor. There are ten safe containers and one respawning trash bin. The old exterior has also been swapped for one that matches the new interior. It is located exactly where the old Shack for Sale would be. You still need to purchase the key as usual, but the interior comes fully furnished upon purchase, so no need to buy upgrades.
A map marker ("Waterfront Shantytown") has been added so you don't have to walk a mile from the IC Waterfront marker to the house. It drops you off right in front of the houses.
Fully pathgridded. The interior cell is a brand new cell. The original has been left alone to avoid any conflicts.
This mod was cleaned with TES4Edit.
Version 1. 6 has improved, more realistic lighting.
