Turns the Leyawiin shack into an attractive little upper-class home.
This mod turns the dismal Leyawiin shack into a small, stylish upper-class home. The exterior has been retextured and the interior cell has been replaced completely. Twelve containers, all safe. Fully pathgridded and companion-friendly; sleeps two.
The house must be purchased as usual, but it comes fully furnished so no upgrades are necessary. Script has been altered so "buying a house in Leyawiin" quest completes upon entering house after purchase.
This mod was cleaned with TES4Edit.
