Unofficial DLC Mehrunes Razor ESP patch

Since this is an official Mod, I cannot release it in a zip rar 7z or any other compression format so I have to write a special patch that requires you to have it already installed on your computer before it will patch the ESP file. Created using the Knights of Nine DVD, this included the official DLC\'s. Notice: This patch is only for the English Version of The Elder Scrolls® IV: Oblivion. I designed this patch to fix the many Bugs with the DLC Mehrunes Razor. I created this patch based off the changes of the UOMP (Unofficial Official Mod Patch). The different about this patch and the UOMP is that it patches the plug-in itself. While the UOMP is, a good resource for fixing the many bugs but it also takes up a mod slot. What my patch does is edit the DLCMehrunesRazor ESP itself and injects the fixes directly into it instead of using a separate ESP file to apply the fixes. Msirae Faythung is no longer weaponless when fought at a low level. The player will no longer die instantly if the Daedric Banishing effect of Mehrunes\' Razor is reflected (this was what was intended according to the scripting comments) Version 1. 0. 1 Now incorporates a backup of the patched ESP file.
