📋 About This Mod
This is an older version of White Rose River farm which is no longer being supported. I am no longer modding Oblivion. While it is still a perfectly functional farm on it's own, the location puts it in direct conflict with both Lost Spires and Shezrie's Towns. There are no patches available.
Mhahn123 has made an updated and completely relocated version of this farm. It moves the entire farm across the river to eliminate conflicts. Can be found here: Settlements of Cyrodiil-White Rose Farm

Description =========== Cyrodiil is large and vast, yet where are it's farms?
Before industrialization the main occupation of people, for ALL civilizations has been agriculture.
City's provided goods and services, while farms and hamlets provided food, and resources.
This mod is an answer to that problem.
Location ======== The Inlet of the White Rose River.
Details ======= This mod creates a fully-functioning farm, that provides food for the Imperial City; and giving the Player some unique visuals.
Focusing on agriculture, and livestock, it includes sheep and chickens.
Also a pawnbroker is waiting at the docks; in between shipments.
There is a free bed for travellers in White Rose Manor.

Install ======= 1. Extract the files to a temporary location. 2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary. 3. Copy files to (install folder)OblivionData 4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).
Uninstall ========= 1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s). 2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
