✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Unique conquest-based acquisition: you earn the castle by fighting a Minotaur, not just buying it.
- Island location offers a distinct, private home away from city life.
- Decent download count (2,235) for a niche housing mod from 2008.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2008 — may have compatibility issues with modern Oblivion setups or mods.
- Only 72 endorsements, so it's a relatively obscure mod with limited community feedback.
For Oblivion players who want a unique player home with a sense of achievement—earning your castle through combat rather than gold. Also for those who enjoy remote, island-based properties. Skip if you prefer modern, feature-rich housing mods with lots of customization.
💡 Beginner Tips
